process 1. The labels are first stacked inthe magazine. The robot arms at the home position. 2. The arms then go forwarded and picks up the labels up the labels using a vacuum plucker. 3. After picking up the labels the arms wait for the mould open signal. 4. When mould open sigmal is received the robotgoes inside the mould and places the sticker. 5. The size of magazine depands on the no. Of cavity in the mould. The in mould label robot has to work in syncronised with moulding machine. for safeoperation procedure feedback is taken the moulding machine at all important stage for safe operation.
